Snowboards made in an eco-friendly way
Another strength of Roxy snowboards, and not the least, they are manufactured in the Mervin plant, the last snowboard factory in the United States, which uses environmentally responsible production processes and materials. Materials include locally sourced wood, basalt fiber instead of fiberglass, soy sidewalls instead of toxic ABS, and bioplastic topsheets. Finally, decorations are made without toxic varnishes and printed with water-based inks, while post-production waste is reused or recycled to the maximum extent possible.
