The Arbor Padre snowboard is a true gem for riders seeking performance and thrills. Inspired by Japanese snowboards, it stands out with its directional design and powerful camber profile. With its sleek look and meticulous finishes, it catches the eye on the slopes. The stiffness of this board offers unparalleled response and power, ideal for tight turns and high-speed carving.

What is the Arbor Padre snowboard made for?

The Arbor Padre snowboard is designed for freeriders and freecarvers. Thanks to its traditional camber, it offers exceptional liveliness, solid edge hold, and dynamic pop. Its directional shape, with a wider nose and narrower tail, facilitates turns and improves float in powder. It's the perfect board for those who love to go fast and carve precise trajectories.

Who is the Arbor Padre snowboard aimed at?

We recommend the Arbor Padre board to advanced and expert riders. These skilled and physical snowboarders, comfortable in all conditions, will enjoy this board’s performance.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
