Description

The Burton Feelgood snowboard is an all-mountain freestyle board with a directional twin shape, offering great versatility and a rather firm flex for high-speed stability.

What is the Burton Feelgood snowboard made for?

The Feelgood is an all-mountain freestyle snowboard designed to perform on every terrain. It features a directional twin shape, meaning it’s symmetrical from nose to tail to ride switch with ease, but the foot stance is slightly setback to facilitate turn initiations and the ability to lift on powder. Its construction includes triax fiberglass for lightness and stability, an FSC™ Super Fly II™ 700G core for strength and Squeezebox technology for enhanced pop and responsiveness. The board's Camber + Rocker profile provides good grip on hard snow, rebound when carving, smoother turn transitions, and better glide on soft snow and powder.

Who is the Burton Feelgood snowboard aimed at?

The Feelgood is aimed at intermediate to advanced female snowboarders. Its versatility and stability make it ideal for those who want to shred on the entire mountain, but also for those who want to ride a bit more casually and do some freestyle.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
