Description

If you want your kid to mimic you on the slopes, then the Micron Verve is the tool that will boost his progression. Flow designed this gem according to kids specific needs and shapes. It is perfect for learning, improving and shredding!

What can the Flow MICRON VERVE snowboard do?

The Micron Verve is a love at first ride and the best evidence is that big smile hanging on your kid’s face. The board is soft and forgiving, smooth as silk and stable like a rock. The twin tip shape makes it playful and agile, ideally suited for working on both standard and switch riding. It’s also the shape every aspiring freestyler needs to improve his park game. As Flow says, “pop it, snap it, press it, twist it”. This is what you can do with the Micron Verve. And you can also venture on the side of the piste and discover what it feels like to ride on ungroomed snow, or you can lap the piste and rely on the board’s grip to work on your turning technique. This is versatility at its best. Great stuff.

Who is the Flow MICRON VERVE designed for?

This is a board for kids who want to progress while having a good time. The board is very easy to manage and very predictable on all terrains. Excellent choice for mini shreds.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
