Description

The K2 Manifest has a directional twin shape making it very versatile. The rocker is a little more pronounced in the front than in the back and the inserts are set back a little to make it easier to turn and to get out of the way in the pop. However, you are still very comfortable in the switch because the dimensions are the same in the nose as in the tail. The Bambooyah core with glass and carbon fibres offers a lot of pop and responsiveness without adding unnecessary stiffness. It is super dynamic from edge to edge, you can enjoy carving on piste, but you can also have fun on the rails of the snowpark and place tricks. Accessible from the intermediate level but also perfect for a confirmed to expert snowboarder looking for fun on all terrains.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
