The Lib Tech Glider stands out as a multi-faceted freestyle snowboard, offering great maneuverability as well as a fluid, controlled riding feel. Inspired by the success of the Skate Banana, this board features a twin-tip shape for easy, natural switch turns.

What's in it for the Lib Tech Glider snowboard?

With a moderate flex and Original Banana hybrid camber, the Glider excels in the snowpark and offers big pop for high jumps and better shock absorption on landings. It lets you explore every nook and cranny of the ski area, improving or trying out new tricks at every bump in the terrain. Manufactured at the Mervin facility in the USA, it benefits from environmentally conscious design: use of renewable energy, waste restriction and use of bio-based components for responsible production.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
