The Nidecker The Nidecker has a typical freestyle/all-mountain snowboard shape. Combined with its flex and its flat camber profile + rockers, you get a snowboard really easy to handle and upgradeable for fun all over the resort!  

What is the program of the snowboard Nidecker Elle?  

The Nidecker Elle is built on a wooden core that is both flexible and robust, which allows you to handle the board without difficulty and without exhaustion. You handle it even more easily thanks to the slightly set back position of the binding inserts, which provides more control on the rear foot and therefore more ease to engage the curves. In addition, the flat camber + rockers profile makes turns safer by limiting edge errors, providing extra comfort. Rather nice to be able to ride without ending up on your buttocks every 3 turns! Moreover, this profile also works on fresh and processed snow, so you can ride without any problems on the edges of the piste and have fun with the bumps! Yes, you will be able to progress and have fun!

This is the perfect model for beginners in need of tolerance for a smooth initiation, but we also recommend it to snowboarders with already developed technical bases looking to improve throughout the resort and do a little freestyle.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
