Description

The Berzerker has a highly directional shape and a powerful carbon-doped wood core for more performance. It's a snowboard that's cut for the curve and delivers a brilliant performance in powder as well as on hard snow.

What is the program of the Berzerker Ride snowboard?

The Ride Berzerker has a tapered shape on the back and a reclined foot position that provides a natural ease for curves and a good flotation in powder snow. To complete these technical choices, there is also a very pronounced rocker on the front of the board, which not only makes edge to edge transitions on hard snow easier, but also allows you to erase impurities from the terrain and to quickly lift out of the snow in a flash. The board's flex is rigid, especially at the rear to maintain maximum control and recovery during turns. Carbon reinforcements are placed in a cross pattern on the front and rear of the board and two additional carbon spars provide even more response in the tail. This provides maximum speed during descents and a big boost in the turns.

Who is the Berzerker Ride snowboard designed for?

Its name may sound scary, but don't worry, the Berzerker is not an inaccessible snowboard reserved for the freeride elite. We simply recommend it to experienced or expert snowboarders who love freeriding and beautiful curves and are looking for a snowboard to draw lines at high speed whether on or off piste.

What are the main qualities of the Berzerker Ride snowboard?

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
