Description

The American brand is releasing a new version of the notorious Wild Life. New design, new profile, new graphics and yet the same good old feel we all loved. Have a closer look at this wonderful all-mountain stick.

What can the Ride WILD LIFE snowboard do?

The Wild Life is a great board featuring modern techs that allow it to ride and perform anywhere on the mountain. You can rely on the sturdy construction to ride fast with confidence. The Carbon Array 3™ Laminates help increasing pop and response on the hard stuff while the rockered nose maximises floatation and manoeuverability. The underfoot camber provides grip and stability when riding at high speeds and delivers optimal control to hard charging riders. The Wild Life is for those who don’t see ropes and signs like the end of the resort but who understand them as an extension of their playground.

Who is the Ride WILD LIFE snowboard designed for?

This is a board suited for intermediates and advanced riders looking for a forgiving yet capable snowboard to explore the entire mountain with. Fairly easy to manage, the Wild Life is the opportunity to expand your snowboard game to the ungroomed realm.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
