Description

The Rossignol Circuit is an entry-level product whose aim is to make your skiing easier. It passes through the whole resort and can be driven effortlessly.

What is the programme of the Rossignol Circuit snowboard?

The Circuit has a freeride-inspired shape, with a slightly tapered back and a slightly offset foot position. Thus, the weight and the control are reclined increasing ease when entering curves whatever the terrain, while improving your exit from powder snow. This is the best way to move around the whole station. Before going off the beaten track, take advantage of the good compromise between grip and tolerance offered by the Cambre + rockers profile to train yourself to master your turns on the slopes. When you feel at ease, don't hesitate to take a ride on the edges of the piste and slash the fresh snow!

This model is designed for snowboarders from beginner to intermediate level. The beginners will benefit from the best conditions for a relaxed initiation, while the more advanced will enjoy a great versatility to try their hand off-piste.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
