The Huck Knife Pro is a juiced-up version of the Salomon Huck Knife. You'll find the same twin-tip shape, traditional camber and Magne-Traction edges. It also features a wood core reinforced by carbon and a base that guarantees excellent glide.  

What is the programme of the Salomon Huck Knife Pro snowboard? 

The Huck Knife Pro is a very versatile board that will allow you to shred hard in the entire ski area. Its traditional camber profile offers lots of pop for ollies and rebound between turns while providing good grip on hardpack. The wood core, reinforced by carbon, offers plenty of momentum when carving and high-speed stability, without being too challenging. Finally, the twin-tip shape allows to feel comfortable switch and offers lots of options for freestyle tricks. As you understand, this board will allow you to ride on every terrain!

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
