The Overstims Ultra Gummies are energy gummies designed for prolonged endurance activities. Each packet of 4 gummies provides 32 g of carbohydrates to support energy levels during exercise. Their formula also combines three electrolytes—sodium, calcium, and magnesium—which are beneficial during long workouts involving heavy sweating. Their soft, melt-in-your-mouth gel-like texture makes them easy to eat, even when gels or bars become harder to consume after several hours of exercise. The individual gum format makes it easy to space out intake based on duration, intensity, and your planned nutrition strategy. They can be consumed on their own or alternated with Overstims gels, purees, and bars to vary textures during exercise.
