These shields protect you from peripheral light, wind, dust and other small debris. It also features a grip support on the nose and temples for exceptional stability. Finally, this model has a category 4 lens, the highest level of protection.  

Perfectly protective against ultraviolet rays, the Polarized Gold lens is rated category 3. Besides offering clear vision when the sun is shining, it is polarised, meaning it eliminates disturbing reflections caused by light bouncing off water, snow, ice, tarmac, etc. At the same time, it significantly reduces eye strain.
