Product description — Shift² 16 Mn Bent Chetler Black Bright Silver SH110

The Shift² 16 MN Bent Chetler Black Bright Silver SH110 from Atomic is a hybrid ski binding designed for demanding freeride and ski touring. It allows you to ascend in touring mode, then switch to a downhill-oriented hold with a DIN range of 8 to 16, suitable for powerful skiers, heavier riders, or advanced technical skiers. Its monoblock aluminum AFD Power Block, which is micrometrically adjustable, increases lateral stiffness compared to the previous generation to enhance power transfer. The 3-Part Power Heel provides 16 mm of elastic travel to better absorb shocks and ensure secure landings. The aluminum Hike and Ride lever facilitates the transition between ascending and descending, while the hiking wedge can be operated with a pole to maintain your rhythm during transitions or long ascents.

Which boots is this binding compatible with?

The Shift² 16 MN is compatible with Alpine, GripWalk, and Rando-standard boots, thanks to its multi-standard certification.

What ski widths are compatible with the SH110 ski stop?

The SH110 ski stop is suitable for skis with a waist width of 110 mm or less.

What difference does the reinforced metal and rubber base make?

It helps improve precision underfoot and dampens some of the vibrations during the descent.

Tips and advice

Setting the release value of your bindings is a major safety issue.

In order to fully function and ensure safety, your bindings need to be set according to the Afnor FD S 52-748 standard. We wrote down a guide to help you find out the release value matching your needs.
