The Salomon MTN Summit Pro W is a quite high-end ski touring boot. It's made from an Ultramid Custom Shell HD, allowing "made-to-measure" width adjustment at the metatarsals. This means you can choose your optimal fit, so you stay precise without being in an uncomfortable shoe. Another quality of this MTN Summit Pro W is the BOA Touring Belt system, which perfectly positions the heel in the shoe, for more precise and even support on the way down, while limiting friction zones on the way up. Last but not least, the relatively low weight, progressive flex and large powerstrap also contribute to the creation of a touring boot that will enable experienced skiers to make great ascents and send off on the descent. Note that the waterproof gaiter provides good protection against moisture.

Note: as the soles are not standardized, this model is only compatible with Low-Tech inserts.
