The 4-Quattro Sl Black Orange from Scarpa is a men’s freetouring boot. Among GripWalk equipped boots, this is the lightest on the market! This boot does not make any compromise as it is at the same time lightweight, powerful and even practical with its 61° of range of motion. 

What is the program of the Scarpa 4-Quattro Sl Black Orange ski boot? 

Weighing only 2.86 kg in size 27, this ski boot is amazingly light, which will provide real comfort in the ascents during tours, where every gram counts. This is made possible by the Pebax Rnew construction, a material produced from recycled ricin oil. This material is 20 % lighter than the elastomers usually used for sport equipment such as TPE or CoPE. It is also more impact resistant, offers better energy feedback, excellent UV resistance and does not stiffen in cold temperatures. With this boot, you can swallow elevation gains effortlessly. With a GripWalk sole, the 4-Quattro Sl can also grip on snow when walking, which is very helpful to move around with confidence and avoid injuring yourself at the start or end of the route. With a flex rating of 120, this model is rather powerful and will withstand aggressive and precise skiing in the descents. Backcountry powder better be prepared, you are coming for it!
