Their technical design features a superior MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM midsole, combined with the heel featuring the new MIZUNO ENERZY NXT insert. This duo ensures responsive cushioning and optimal energy return, while promoting smooth transitions thanks to the famous MIZUNO WAVE PLATE. This structural plate stabilizes every stride and efficiently propels forward, resulting in remarkable dynamics on mixed terrain.

Grip isn't left out either, with outsoles incorporating Wgrip & X10 technologies, guaranteeing reliable traction on both dry and wet surfaces. The upper features this season's redesigned mesh, composed of 90% recycled textile to meet today's eco-responsible demands.
