Description

The Katadyn Befree Ac Cartouche De Rechange is, as its name suggests, areplacement cartridge enabling two-stage filtration. It is articulated around an EZ-Clean Membrane hollow-fiber filter and a compartment designed to accommodate an activated carbon not included. The EZ-Clean Membrane filter can be rinsed and shaken to loosen accumulated particles, facilitating maintenance over time. The filter is replaced after 1,000 liters filtered, to maintain a constant level of treatment. It is compatible with Befree systems, with the exception of the Gravity and Bottle versions. The flip-top cap is not supplied, nor is the activated carbon.
