Description
With its 22-liter volume, the Patrol E1 is not only the most compact Airbag backpack of the Scott collection but also one of the most practical on the market thanks to a well-though design and the innovative electric Alpride E1 Airbag technology. This high-end system offers awesome performances while being one of the lightest on the market (with only 1,280g, at least 720g lighter than its concurrents). The low temperatures won't affect the system, ensuring it triggers the airbag as soon as you pull the handle. It works with two AA batteries and therefore does not require a Li-ion battery which can be a restriction when travelling.
In addition of the airbag function, this bag is packed with useful little features details such as a ski and snowboard carry system. You can also attach your ice axe and helmet on the outside and the main compartment conceals additional pockets for all your safety equipment. Truly impressive for such as compact backpack and you'll feel at ease both uphill and downhill. Finally, if you plan to bring everything you've got, you can count on the compression straps to help you move around.
