Cebe

Cébé has been making sports glasses for over a century so believe us, they know what they are doing. The Cébé brand came to life in the end of the 19th century in Morez, the heart of the Jura mountains in France. Jean-Louis Crestin-Billet was the founder. From the very start he makes Cébé sunglasses dedicated to a mountain use. His joint work with Walter Cecchinel lead the brand to release the legendary glacier sunglasses. Another big name comes to mind when you speak about Cébé: Carl Benz who is no other than Mercedes Benz founder. At that time, car's windshield do not exist and he wants glasses to drive car. Glasses for him...and for his dog! Then in the 40's skiing holidays get popular and the company starts making products related to wintersports. The first Cébé ski goggles are released along with the first Cébé ski helmets. These products meet a sheer success due to their high quality and their incredible value for money. Cébé has now gone worldwide and it is seen as a leader of the outdoor industry. The brand supports many athletes like Leslie Djhone (athletics), Julien Absalon (mountain bike), Marie-Laure Brunet (biathlon), Antoine Deneriaz (ski) or Jérémy Prevost (freerider).
