1 liter of Nikwax TX Direct Wash-In waterproofing product. This waterproofing dip is designed for your rainwear. Ultra effective and easy to use, it's what Nikwax is known for!

Why use Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In?

Over time and with use, the water repellency of your rainwear can be reduced, making it less breathable. Indeed, if the garment retains water, sweat can no longer be evacuated. To maintain the waterproof-breathable qualities of your clothing and extend its life, it is important to use a waterproofing product.

How do I use Nikwax TX Direct Wash-In?

The reduced performance of your technical garment may be linked to its state of dirtiness. It is therefore important to first wash it in the washing machine, using a product such as Nikwax Tech Wash. If the waterproofing of your garment is not restored, you should use Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In, which is also designed to be used in the washing machine (100ml per garment).

Nikwax products are safe for humans and the environment.

Machine use:

  • remove any detergent residue from the detergent compartment of your machine.
  • Load the clean garment(s) into the machine (maximum 2 garments).
  • Use 100ml of product per garment.
  • Choose a 30° synthetic cycle with slow spin.

Use by hand:

  • Immerse 1 garment in a 6 liter basin of warm water.
  • Pour 50 ml of product.
  • Stir, leave to act for 5-10 minutes, and stir again.
  • Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
