J'ai suivi les recommandations et j'ai pris une demie pointure plus petite que ma pointure de ville, je suis très satisfaisant des sensations en bloc. Ils épousent parfaitement la forme de mon pied et ne bougent pas même lorsque j'utilise le talon. Je précise que je ne les ai utilisé que pour le bloc en salle et pour le moment je suis très satisfait. Je ne peux pas encore me prononcer sur la durée de vie de la gomme. Je recommande.
