Description
The C.A.M.P. Peak 12 STL Auto Semi-Auto crampon combines steel construction with a design conceived for both technical mountaineering and glacier walking. Its 12-point configuration ensures reliable grip on hard snow and ice, both in progression and on more technical terrain. The Boot Adapt System enables the angle to be optimized to the shape of the boot, while maintaining constant lateral stability. Modularity is based on the total interchangeability of front and rear elements, as well as the Peak line's fastening systems, to adapt the configuration to different uses. Micrometric length adjustment is based on a stainless steel bar with double row of holes, which can be positioned at the front to cover a wide range of sizes. Thanks to a hinge system integrated into the bar, the crampon can be folded up very compactly for easy transport and storage. An active anti-bottom system limits snow accumulation.
