Salomon helmets are designed with two distinct manufacturing techniques: a traditional two-part moulding process that's simple and effective but heavier than the brand new ‘In Mold’ method, which allows to make the helmet in one piece for extreme ergonomics. Salomon Brigade Helmet: EPS 4D and audio compatibility
Available in numerous colours, the Brigade helmet meets the expectations of all avid skiers. Designed with an ABS shell and EPS 4D shock-absorbing foam, the Brigade provides optimal protection in case of a fall. It's also very convenient with its detachable and washable comfort liner, ear pads, and chin strap. But Salomon goes even further with versions featuring an integrated audio system for skiing down the slopes to your favourite tunes.
Salomon Icon LT Helmet
Specifically designed for women, the Icon LT helmet combines elegance and performance during your ski sessions. Thanks to its In-Mold construction, made from a polycarbonate shell and EPS 4D foam, this helmet offers optimal protection against impacts while remaining lightweight. It also stands out with its personalised adjustment system via the Custom Dial, allowing each skier to achieve a perfect fit. The adjustable ventilation system and Airflow concept ensure ideal temperature and moisture regulation, guaranteeing absolute comfort throughout the day.
Salomon Helmets with Visors and Photochromic Visors: Pioneer, Icon, Driver, Osmo
In recent years, Salomon has also introduced a wide range of helmets with visors, combining both impact protection and sun protection. With a built-in visor, these helmets provide great comfort, making traditional ski goggles a thing of the past. Some high-end models, such as the Osmo, even come with a photochromic visor that automatically adjusts its tint depending on the light conditions, enhancing your skiing experience!
Racing and slalom helmets

When should you replace your ski helmet?
Like all individual protection elements, Salomon ski and snowboard helmets have a lifespan of between 3 to 5 years and should be replaced after this indicative period and certainly discarded in case of a violent impact.
