The La Sportiva Akyra II fast hiking shoe is designed to deliver optimal performance on varied terrain. The upper features a three-layer construction combined with 3D Grid™ technology in KPU, ensuring exceptional robustness and support while allowing for excellent breathability. The anti-slip mesh lining provides constant comfort and reduces the risk of internal slippage. The 5 mm Ortholite insole, specially developed for hiking, offers superior cushioning and effective moisture management. The midsole, made from injected EVA with bio-based components, delivers excellent shock absorption, while the exclusive Trail Rocker™ system ensures a more natural foot roll. For traction and stability, the Dual Compound Frixion Red outsole features the Impact Brake System (IBS), which enhances grip on various types of surfaces. The Akyra II is therefore ideal for hikers seeking a high-performance shoe that adapts to diverse trail conditions.
