Description

The Camp Corsa Nanotech is an aluminium curved shaft ice axe, with steel reinforced pick and spike for improved ruggedness and durability without losing on lightness. The curved-shape of the shaft optimises striking without compromising on functionality for walking. The machined grip ensures good handling.  

It is perfect for glacier hiking, ski touring and high-altitude adventures, but is not recommended for vertical ice climbing, mixed terrain or to intensively carve steps.  

Characteristics:

  •     1.3 mm thick 7075-T6 aluminium construction
  •     Sandvik Nanoflex steel reinforced pick and spike
  •     Nylon plug to prevent snow infiltration
  •     Curved shaft with machined grip
  •     Head slot to use with Corsa leash (sold separately)
  •     Available in three lengths: 50, 60 and 70 cm
  •     Weight: 225 g in size 50cm, 253 g in size 60 cm and 284 g in size 70 cm
