The mountaineering shoe La Sportiva G2 Evo is a model offering maximum protection against cold and damp for use in extreme mountaineering and when you need to spend long periods in low temperatures. This level of protection is possible thanks to its design incorporating an abrasion-resistant Cordura gaiter. It is closed by a zipper, and UltraSonic Welding technology enables seamless fabrication. The inner shell is made up of 4 layers to ensure excellent insulation against the cold. Tightening is by a double Boa system to differentiate tension between the top and bottom of the shoe. The knob on the outside lets you adjust the tightening of the lower part without opening the gaiter, to preserve insulation. The Vibram Matterhorn sole with Impact Brake System ensures grip in all conditions, and this shoe is compatible with automatic crampons.
