Black Diamond's Women's Mountaineering Jacket W Alpine Start is a must-have choice for climbing enthusiasts looking for lightness and protection. Made from nylon (93%) and elastane (7%), this technical jacket combines flexibility, abrasion resistance and freedom of movement on all types of walls. Thanks to the Schoeller Eco-Repel Bio® technology combined with the durable DWR water-repellent treatment without PFAS, it offers an effective barrier against moisture while respecting the environment.

The waterproof-breathable membrane guarantees comfort and breathability during intense efforts, while the helmet-compatible adjustable hood ensures perfect adaptation to alpine constraints. Careful finishing (elasticized cuffs, hem and hood) optimizes support in windy conditions or during technical movements. Practical, this jacket can be easily stowed away in its chest pocket equipped with a carabiner loop; its extended back panel provides effective protection under the harness during your climbs.
