Absolutely phenomenal underfoot, this classic wheel ski demonstrates all the Norwegian know-how in this traditional technique. It is without a doubt one of the best classic wheel skis on the market.

What are the characteristics of the IDT Classic RM2 50mm ski wheel?

The beam is long and chamfered to avoid contact with the asphalt when turning. It allows an incredible ease in the technical portions. The forks are attached by a screw underneath, which limits the risk of catching and therefore falls. But its real advantage remains in its wide 50mm wheels which allow an incredible stability when the two wheel skis are flat. They allow an excellent work in double push without the need to constantly bring a ski under the feet. The anti-reverse is located at the back of the ski, which makes it very accessible and does not require skiers to step forward at every step. The slow wheels also offer the opportunity to ski at the same speed of movement as in winter and allow to work technically and to acquire valuable reference points when the snow arrives.

Who is the IDT Classic RM2 50mm ski wheel for?

Excellent ski wheel of classic, very technical, it is not less accessible. Indeed, even if all its characteristics indicate that it is reserved for the fine technicians, it can without any problem be suitable for skiers less experienced in classic style. The anti-reverse on the rear wheel makes it easy to find the grip on the slope and there is no need to overdo it. And for the most experienced skiers who work as well on the alternative step as on the double push, it is phenomenally stable, and allows to work well on the phases of "glide" by staying flat, as a ski sole would be.
