Description

The Atomic Strive 12 GW Bent Chetler Redwood L90 ski binding is designed for freeskiers who want to maintain precise control both on the piste and off-piste. This special edition features a color scheme developed with Bent Chetler, designed to complement his signature skis while retaining the all-mountain-oriented Strive architecture. Its ultra-low LDN toe piece brings the boot closer to the ski, which lowers the center of gravity and improves terrain feel. The slightly angled chassis places the skier in a more neutral position, while the ultralight, three-piece heel piece makes it easier to step into the boot. With a DIN range of 4 to 12 and a reduced weight, this binding is particularly well-suited for light to medium-weight skiers seeking a responsive, maneuverable, and durable binding for varied terrain.

Which boots are compatible with this binding?

The Strive 12 GW is compatible with Alpine- and GripWalk-standard ski boots. The toe piece automatically adjusts height and width to maintain consistent release values.

What ski width is suitable for the L90 ski stop?

The L90 ski stop is designed for skis with a waist width of 90 mm or less.

Is the binding convenient for carrying skis?

Yes, it features lockable brakes that make it easier to secure the skis for carrying over the shoulder.

Is the Strive 12 GW Bent Chetler Redwood L90 certified?

This binding is TÜV-certified, which means it meets safety and release requirements for skiing.

Tips and advice

Setting the release value of your bindings is a major safety issue.

In order to fully function and ensure safety, your bindings need to be set according to the Afnor FD S 52-748 standard. We wrote down a guide to help you find out the release value matching your needs.
