Product description — Kaliber 100 MV Black

A benchmark in the performance–recreational segment of the Kaliber range, the Head Kaliber 100 MV Black ski boot is designed for piste skiing. It aims at a balance between comfort, precision, and power transmission.

What is the intended use of the Head Kaliber 100 MV Black ski boot?

The Kaliber 100 MV is meant for performance–recreational piste skiing. Its flex rating of 100 strikes a balance between support, accuracy, and comfort, without requiring the strength needed for a stiffer flex. The four micro-adjustable aluminium buckles, combined with a 40 mm Velcro power strap, provide progressive and customisable hold. The MV 100 mm last suits skiers with narrower feet seeking comfort or those with medium to wider feet prioritising precision.

Who is the Head Kaliber 100 MV Black ski boot designed for?

This model is ideal for intermediate to advanced skiers confident on groomed runs, who make few technical errors and seek a balance between support and comfort.

What are the main strengths of the Head Kaliber 100 MV Black ski boot?

Is the boot compatible with GripWalk bindings?

Yes, its sole is compatible with GW bindings.

What is the purpose of the bi-injection construction?

It combines two shell material densities to better wrap the foot right to the toe box and enhance power transfer.

What is the difference between this model and the Kaliber 110 MV GW BOA2?

The 110 MV BOA2 shares the same MV 100 mm last but features a stiffer flex of 110, a dual BOA® closure system on the lower shell and cuff, and a GripWalk sole instead of the ISO 5355 version.
