Its construction incorporates a Carbon Loaded chassis and collar, a compressed carbon technology that improves the flex and rigidity of the boot by 20%. In addition, the ageing Energyzer collar has been replaced by a new anatomical carbon collar, significantly lighter and stiffer. This collar, developed in collaboration with some of the world's top athletes, provides exceptional support and marks a break from Salomon's old ranges. The Boa lacing system replaces traditional systems, allowing for precise and quick adjustment, while providing uniform foot support. The Sensifit Race liner, combined with the Carbon Loaded collar, provides ultra-precise foot wrapping and an improved feeling of flexibility and comfort, whether at the ankle or overall comfort. The very thin Prolink sole ensures precise weight transfers and optimises dynamism at the end of lateral push. In addition, the highly waterproof ClimaSalomon gaiter ensures that your feet stay dry without using PVC, thus respecting the environment. This much-anticipated model does not disappoint!
