Tip: If you’re unsure whether to choose a right or left zip, note that when you’re lying on your back inside the sleeping bag, it’s easier for a right-handed person to have the zip on the left, and for a left-handed person to have it on the right.

The Nemo Disco Women's 30 sleeping bag combines thermal comfort with an eco-conscious design. Thanks to its 650 FP RDS-certified down fill, it provides excellent insulation even during cool nights between -5 and 0 °C. Its Spoon Relaxed shape offers extra room around the shoulders and knees while maintaining strong thermal efficiency.

The outer shell and lining are made from 100% recycled Ripstop polyester, highlighting Nemo’s environmental commitment. The PFC-free DWR water-repellent treatment enhances its resistance to moisture.

The generous hood optimises insulation around the head, while the Blanket Fold system adds a cosy flap to block out cold draughts.
