What is the Nidecker Rift APX snowboard boot made for?

The Nidecker Rift APX is designed for freeride and freestyle riding, thanks to its intermediate flex. This flexibility allows to tweak grabs and perform butters while providing adequate support for carving and riding efficiently on groomers. The dual BOA system offers precise adjustment by separating the tightening of the upper and lower parts of the boot. The Silver-Level liner ensures excellent comfort, particularly at the front with a seamless toe box. The outsole provides lightness and shock absorption, ideal for smooth landings and aggressive riding on rough terrain. Additionally, the Rift APX features a seamless KPU lower section and Armor-Tech technology, ensuring dry feet even in the wettest slushy conditions.
