The Nitro Lectra Brush is a snowboard that will allow you to progress very quickly. Thanks to its directional shape, forgiving flex, slightly setback stance and flat camber, novice female snowboarders will have fun in no time linking turns with confidence. 

What is the programme of the Nitro Lectra Brush snowboard?   

The Lectra is a snowboard with lots of forgiveness, that is not demanding in terms of technique or physical condition. To facilitate turn initiations, you can thank the soft flex and directional shape, while the forgiveness is due to the flat camber that still guarantees some grip on hardpack. The Lectra adapts to very beginners and follow them through their progression, from the first skidded turns to beautiful trajectories on groomers and even on powder.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
