Description

The Bataleon Evil Twin snowboard doesn’t need an introduction. Part of Bataleon’s lineup for numerous years, this great board benefits from the brand’s experience and many years of testing. This true twin has an Ultra Light wood core, reinforced by triaxial fiberglass, as well as Carbon reinforcements for maximum responsiveness and pop.

What is the Bataleon Evil Twin snowboard made for?

The Evil Twin is very pleasant to ride on groomers, where its traditional camber offers lots of grip and rebound between turns. However, let’s be clear, the Evil Twin will get bored if you make it polish its carving. Designed for freestyle and park riding, this trick machine wants to send as many tricks as possible in one run. From rails to kicker jumps, this boards likes to be tweaked for fun. It also offers pop and is robust, your imagination (and solid legs) are the only things needed to exploit its potential.

Who is the Bataleon Evil Twin snowboard aimed at?

We recommend this model to intermediate and advanced level snowboarders who believe in the church of freestyle. If you’re looking to progress in this field, you’re going to be happy! The board remains versatile and will perform everywhere on the mountain.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
