The Burton Yeasayer is a versatile women’s snowboard with a freestyle focus. Playful and easy to handle, it features a symmetrical twin-tip shape, a lively camrock profile, and strikes the perfect balance between playfulness and responsiveness.

What is the Burton Yeasayer snowboard made for?

Thanks to its centred stance and twin-tip shape, the Yeasayer is designed for freestyle enthusiasts who want to ride confidently both regular and switch. While remaining soft enough for playful riding, its medium flex still delivers plenty of pop. A true all-terrain board, it also excels in all-mountain riding so you can explore every corner of the resort as you wish. Its grip on groomers inspires confidence while its float remains satisfying in powder.

Who is the Burton Yeasayer snowboard aimed at?

Accessible from intermediate level upwards, the Burton Yeasayer suits riders looking to progress smoothly whilst making the most of everything the mountain has to offer. This progressive model provides comfort and adaptability whether you're cruising around the whole resort or trying your first tricks in the terrain park.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
