Product description — Antigravity
Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.
The Gnu Antigravity is a versatile freeride snowboard for riders who want to venture off the groomed runs without cutting themselves off from the rest of the mountain. Built around a classic camber and a directional shape, it’s clearly designed for powder and the edges of the slopes, while remaining versatile enough for a full day of varied riding. A solid choice for snowboarders who want a single board for the entire resort, with a real preference for unmarked terrain.
What is the Gnu Antigravity snowboard designed for?
The Gnu Antigravity is designed for versatile freeriding. It’s in its element in powder and on the edges of the slopes, but it also performs very well on groomed runs. The directional shape promotes float in fresh snow and a forward-driving ride. The classic camber provides pronounced pop on takeoff, crisp edge grip, and precise handling that rewards an aggressive riding style. This combination of a directional shape and classic camber requires a minimum level of commitment, but it really shines during acceleration and deep turns.
Who is the Gnu Antigravity snowboard designed for?
The Gnu Antigravity is designed for intermediate to advanced riders looking for a challenging board to take all over the mountain, with a real appetite for off-piste areas.
- Snowboarders who ride regularly and want to improve on varied terrain
- Riders who alternate between groomed runs, the edges of the runs, and powder runs
- The rider who values precision control and edge grip
A top choice if you’re looking for a versatile freeride board for the entire mountain, from groomed runs to fresh powder.
Avoid this if you’re a beginner or if your main playground is the snowpark and big tricks.
