Description

Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.

The Lib Tech Dynamo snowboard stands out with its directional shape, traditional camber, and balanced flex, offering an excellent balance between performance and playfulness across various terrains. It is sustainably manufactured at the Mervin factory in the United States, with a preference for bio-based materials, the use of renewable electricity, and waste reduction, among other aspects.

What is the Lib Tech Dynamo snowboard made for?

Thanks to its directional shape, the Dynamo offers more volume and length at the front than at the back, thus offsetting the foot position. This makes the board float naturally in powder and facilitates turn initiations on all types of snow. The traditional camber, combined with the serrated Magne-Traction edges, ensures remarkable grip and stability in tight turns on hard snow. With a dynamic yet not overly stiff construction, it is perfect for carving and fast-paced descents. If conditions are good, don't hesitate to venture into the backcountry and enjoy powder; the Dynamo floats easily!

Who is the Lib Tech Dynamo snowboard aimed at?

We recommend this model to intermediate to expert snowboarders who love carving beautiful turns and reaching high speeds on all types of snow. However, for snowboarders at a more modest level, this board might prove a bit more demanding at first.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
