Description

The YES Emoticon combines a twin-tip shape, a camrock profile offering secure grip and great versatility, as well as a flex well balanced between performance and accessibility. The result is a board that's really fun to ride and will delight a wide range of snowboarders! 

What is the program of the Yes Emoticon snowboard?  

The Yes Emoticon works well throughout the resort. Its small classic camber provides grip on hard snow without being too radical, especially as its rockers in spatulas makes it easier to enter and exit curves while offering a better glide on unpacked snow and fresh snow on the edges of the piste. UnderBite technology, which removes 2 mm from the board on each side of the insert zones, redistributes weight and support for both better edge hold and easier curve placement. This gives you a board that is safe on the track and also allows you to have fun on the edges of the track. Finally, you benefit from the perfectly symmetrical shape and well-balanced flex for maximum playability and freestyle options.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
