Baouw Recovery Drink is aimed at athletes looking for a snack suitable for the post-workout phase. Made from ingredients of natural origin, this organic drink combines cane sugar, bean proteins and marine collagen, complemented by plant extracts rich in B vitamins and essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. Its composition also includes natural flavours, L-leucine, L-methionine and acerola extract. It provides 176 KCal of energy per portion, with a notable protein (19 g) and carbohydrate (25 g) content, including 23 g of sugars. It is prepared cold, by mixing the powder with water, a vegetable drink or milk. This drink is particularly suitable after exercise, as its balanced nutritional profile promotes recovery. Warning: it contains allergens such as nuts, eggs, gluten, lactose and peanuts.
