Product description — Backland Xtd 110 Olive Black

The Atomic Backland Xtd 110 Olive Black ski touring boot is designed for skiers who prioritize the descent as the highlight of their ski touring trips. Designed for demanding alpine routes, it combines a 110 flex and a 74° range of motion in walk mode, ensuring no compromise on efficiency during ascents.

What is the intended use of the Atomic Backland Xtd 110 Olive Black ski boot?

It is designed for downhill-oriented ski touring, with proven versatility on alpine routes. The responsive 110 flex, supported by the Energy Backbone, optimizes power transfer while maintaining a 74° range of motion thanks to the Frictionless Mirror pivot and the Free/Lock 4.5 system. The Cross Lace 2.5 lacing system and the 40 mm Velcro strap provide progressive support across the instep. The 100 mm last width is suitable for narrow feet prioritizing comfort or medium-width feet prioritizing precision.

Who is the Atomic Backland Xtd 110 Olive Black ski boot designed for?

This boot is suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers looking for strong support on the descent without sacrificing efficiency on the ascent during varied outings.

Which bindings is this boot compatible with?

The Skywalk Touring sole is ISO 9523 certified, making it compatible with touring bindings and Low Tech inserts, but not with traditional alpine bindings.

Is the liner thermoformable?

Yes, the 3D Gold Tour Liner adapts to the shape of your foot using the Memory Fit process, which also affects the shell and cuff.
