The La Sportiva Prodigio Max trail running shoe is designed for long distances on all types of terrain, with a level of cushioning and comfort suited to the most demanding ultra-trails. Highly versatile, it performs equally well on technical mountain paths as on smoother rolling sections, ensuring both performance and comfort during daily training sessions and races, while revealing its full potential over long distances and ultra-trails. Its Comfort WIRE upper, a lightweight fabric reinforced with embroidered TPU threads, provides excellent support while remaining flexible and breathable. The 3D mesh lining enhances internal ventilation, which is essential during prolonged efforts. The 5 mm XFlow insole, made from recycled supercritical TPU, contributes to shock absorption and overall comfort. The XFlow ENDURANCE midsole delivers an excellent energy return, even after several hours of running. For grip, the bi-compound FriXion® RED outsole ensures strong traction and high durability on both dry and wet terrain. The La Sportiva Prodigio Max is ideal for leisure runs, training, or races such as the Tor des Géants or the Swiss Peak, where protection, stability, and endurance are key.
