MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM technology, integrated into the heel wedge and lower midsole, ensures exceptional cushioning while preserving the shoe's light weight.

What's more, the stone plate in the forefoot offers extra protection against obstacles while dispersing shock, making every stride smoother.
