Rossignol Freeride Skis

The Rossignol Sender and Soul skis bring together several approaches to off-piste skiing, from versatile models to skis designed for deep snow. The Sender Soul 92 and Sender 100 retain an accessible, manoeuvrable character, while the Soul 102 gains extra float for skiing more effectively in soft snow. Wider still, the Sender 110 and Sender 118 further reinforce the freeride and powder focus. This range therefore makes it possible to move progressively from a ski capable of handling mixed terrain to models designed first and foremost for big days out in fresh powder fields.

How do the Rossignol Sender and Soul skis sit within the range?

The Sender Soul 92 is one of the most accessible entry points into the Rossignol freeride world, with a 92 mm waist that still keeps it nimble on piste. The Sender Soul Pro Xpress, also at 92 mm, stands out thanks to its all-mountain use and its more versatility-led construction. At 100 mm, the Sender 100 takes on a more playful feel with its twin-tip shape and Air Tip and VAS technologies.

The Soul 102 sits in the middle, offering more surface area for travelling through powder. The Soul W 102 remains at an intermediate to advanced level of accessibility.

Further up, the Sender 110 clearly shifts the emphasis towards powder skiing. The Sender 118 and Sender Free 118 are among the widest models in this comparison, with a 118 mm waist and a setup centred on deep snow. The Sender Free 118 stands out in particular for its carbon and Kevlar reinforcements.
