Harness Macchu

The Petzl Macchu has nothing to envy an adult harness. Designed for children weighing less than 40 kg, it comes in one size only, but the thigh and waist circumferences are largely adjustable. Note: for children with fairly slender hips, the Macchu harness should be combined with the Body comfort straps (sold separately), to prevent the harness flipping over in the event of a fall. On the technical side, it's perfectly functional, with two tie-in rings and one link ring, the latter colored to facilitate quick visual control of the belay system's connection point. The harness also features two gear loops, as well as a ring for hanging the pof bag. Although this is a children's harness, comfort is not compromised. This includes Endoframe construction for better load distribution, padding on the waistband and thigh loops, and no through seams to avoid compression points and chafing zones.
