Trident Guide Shoe: Light for Hikes and Approaches

The Millet Trident Guide is a low-cut hiking shoe that combines lightness and technicality. It features a hybrid leather and mesh upper that provides good foot support, with total freedom at the ankle. In its GTX version, it incorporates a Gore-Tex membrane to keep your feet dry.

For comfort and cushioning, it features a dual-density EVA midsole. The outsole is a Vibram Mulaz sole with a climbing zone at the front to have just the right amount of grip in technical passages. It features a typical approach shoe lacing system that extends almost from the toes to the top of the instep.

The Trident Guide benefits from a rand that protects the toe box and sides. Its robustness, lightness, and comfort make it an ideal choice for approach walks on alpine terrains. It also performs very well for hiking in spring, summer, and autumn.

Super Trident Gore-Tex: Hiking and Trekking

The Super Trident GTX are versatile hiking boots whose upper combines water-repellent leather and breathable mesh. Their mid-height provides ankle support and good protection of the malleoli. The Lycra mini-gaiters prevent small pebbles from getting inside.

The Millet Super Trident GTX are as comfortable for a few hours of hiking as they are for a trek spanning several days. They can also be used for approach hikes. The laces allow for precise adjustment from the toes to the ankle. Being mid-cut boots, they are not intended for technical alpinism. However, the stiffness of their soles supports strap-on crampons very well.

Super Trident Matryx GTX: Mountaineering

The Millet Super Trident Matryx GTX are mountaineering boots, whose semi-rigid high-top upper is made of nylon and Kevlar. It ensures excellent foot support, comfortably wraps the ankles, while being highly resistant to abrasion. They are compatible with hybrid crampons for safety on snow or ice.
