Description
The C.A.M.P. Reel climbing lanyard is a compact solution for securing yourself at belay stations, combining a dynamic Shadow 9.4 mm Dry rope construction with a smooth adjustment system. The movable cam allows precise adjustment of the distance to the anchor, ranging from 15 to 100 cm, and can be operated single-handedly, even during repeated belay manoeuvres. Controlled release under load is achieved through a two-step sequence, reducing the risk of accidental unlocking. The climbing lanyard attaches to the harness’s tie-in loop using a girth hitch and is compatible with most screwgate or auto-locking carabiners, with excess rope managed via the included accessories. The included Reel Snap helps manage surplus rope, while the Reel Karstop anti-rotation device also provided keeps the carabiner correctly positioned.
