Product description — Supermatic OG Milkshake
The Supermatic OG is a revolutionary snowboard binding developed by Nidecker, featuring a fast entry system comparable to Step On bindings, but with the huge advantage of not requiring specific boots. Simply press down with your heel to lock in: a real time-saver for riders who never want to slow down!
What is the Nidecker Supermatic OG snowboard binding made for?
Much more than just a quick-entry system, the Supermatic OG is designed for all-mountain freeride. It comes equipped with an asymmetrical high back that wraps precisely around your heel for smooth, responsive control. Its medium flex strikes the perfect balance between long-lasting comfort and responsive backside turns, ideal for controlled carving. The reactive baseplate supports you through technical sections or when you need extra grip on hardpack or chopped-up snow. But what truly sets this binding apart is its automatic entry and exit system. After an initial adjustment of the ankle straps to your boots, a small side lever allows you to open both the straps and the high back for a quick exit. When stepping in, simply slide your boot in, press firmly on the heel until you hear the distinctive click, and the binding automatically locks, perfectly hugging your foot. Efficient, precise, and above all, ultra-fast.
Who is the Nidecker Supermatic OG snowboard binding aimed at?
The Supermatic OG is especially suited to intermediate to advanced riders who already have solid board control and want to make the most of every moment on the snow. Its slightly stiffer construction requires a bit of commitment, making it the ideal binding for those who like to alternate between groomers, side country, and freeride, while gaining extra fluidity thanks to lightning-fast entry.
