Description

The Lange Xt3 Tour Pro ski touring boot is a lightweight, powerful boot with a ski/walk system. The Dual Core Light construction uses a softer plastic density to absorb vibrations and a stiffer plastic density to provide power and energy. Thanks to this technology, the four hooks (one of which is reversed to adjust the volume of the boot) and the 40mm strap, this boot has a flex of 130 and feels like a pure alpine boot on the descent. Nevertheless, it remains a fairly good ski for ascents thanks to its fairly contained weight (1,520 g per boot in a mondo size 26.5) and its 53° of travel.  

Be careful with the compatibility with your bindings, contrary to the other Xt3, this model is touring standard (ISO 9523).

The Lange Xt3 Tour Pro is designed for a committed touring program. Thanks to the Lange Xt3 Tour Pro, you will have the support you need to ski down hard, drop rocks and do all the lines you can dream of. Its 99 mm inner liner volume and its Pro liner (multi density foam, velcro on the tongue, possibility to add laces) provide precision and comfort. Finally, its travel, its light weight and its Vibram outsole provide a good grip for serene ascents in sealskins as well as for the last few metres of approach on foot.   

 Who is the Lange Xt3 Tour Pro ski touring boot for?   

We recommend this model for very advanced to expert skiers looking for a light and efficient boot for touring, but who are also looking for an outstanding level of support, precision and responsiveness on the descent.  The size of the footbed is not recommended for wide feet.
